So true. And love the image for this. Reminds me of my own rock climbing and not focusing on falling, rather I focus on each tiny little movement, and in that moment, I am so still and in the zone, I am fearless. Love it! Makes me want to go climbing!
Yes this is so true. Fear like all of our emotions stems from our thoughts.When we feel we can achieve something we willingly give it all we can. But when we feel we lack the skills to handle a situation we quickly become anxious and frightened.
